Dueling Justices: Roberts vs. O'Connor

Since John Roberts will likely be filling the seat of outgoing Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, a lot of comparisons are being made on the positions of both regarding civil rights and women's issues. Of course, if Roberts simply does what a Justice has been charged to do -- interpret and "defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic" -- all of this policy analysis is moot. Nonetheless it is an interesting study and USA Today shows us how the two measure up on important issues:
