Scapegoat found in UN Oil for Food investigation

A Reuters story in the Boston Globe reports that former head of the U.N. oil for food program, Benon Sevan is expected to take the fall for corrupt UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and his son next Tuesday. Not in those words, of course:
